Vegan Snack That’s High in Protein

The other day I had just finished a workout and needed to make a quick snack before leaving the house to meet my friends for dinner (If you know me you’ll know I love to eat, hence the snack before dinner hehe).  I wanted a high protein vegan snack as I had just finished a strength training session.

Here is a high protein vegan snack that I made and you can make too in just 5 mins.

Tofu Protein Ice Cream

WTF!? I know it sounds nasty but trust me it’s awesome.

1 block Silken Tofu

2 Cup Frozen berries

Vegan protein Powder (Optional)

Tbsp Flaxseed

Thats it!

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until you get a creamy texture.

Voila! 23 grams of protein but who’s counting.

I added chai seeds and peanut butter but you can add whatever else you like.
